Meet Kate

What an honor it was to meet this new addition to the family. I love repeat business, and I love being invited into people's lives and photographing them in the comfort of their homes. After taking family pictures while mom was expecting, it was such a joy to be invited back to meet the new member of the family. Thank you for trusting me to capture these early moments!

This was an hour long portrait session with Mom, Dad, big brother, Kate and Grandma. While our main focus was capturing the details of the newest arrival, we got in some family shots as well. A few chairs were moved around, and the front door opened to create more dramatic light. If they were tired and stressed, it hardly showed. What a gorgeous afternoon with such a beautiful family. Little Kate, you are one lucky girl already.
